Work with your CBTAC to complete profit/loss statements, cash flow, and a strong marketing strategy. You'll also create your operations and management plan.
Revise and finalize your business plan with your CBTAC. Once approved by DVR, you'll prepare to submit your final version along with funding requests.
Submit your final business plan and all vendor quotes for equipment and startup needs. This is the final approval step before your business can launch.
